No spread, straight up.

This is a pool like any other, except "confidence points" are added to show how confident a person is in a particular team to win. Example: During the regular season, there are normally16 games in a week. Players submit a list of the teams they expect to win, and assign a number next to each team.

#16 = Highest Rating.....#1 = Lowest Rating.

When a player assigns a #16 next to a team, that means he/she is most confident in that team to win....and so on down the line to #1, which means he/she is least confident in that pick.

Results:

This season the top ESPN expert (Merril Hoge) went 171-85, coming on strong at the end to beat out Chris Mortensen who came in second at 169-87

Our guys were keeping up with them, and two (Jeff and Shoe) tied with Mortensen at 169-87. Way to go!

The average of all the ESPN experts (except Jaworski who didn't pick MN games) was 163-93. The average of all the guys here was 166-90!
